Pressure Washing and Soft Washing in East Tennessee
We match the pressure to the surface. Siding and painted wood get a low-pressure soft wash; concrete and stone get a surface cleaner that lifts embedded dirt and stains.
What we clean
- House washing for vinyl, painted wood, and fiber cement siding
- Soffits, fascia, and gutter faces
- Driveways, sidewalks, and walkways
- Patios, porches, and pool decks
- Decks and fences
Soft washing vs. pressure washing
High pressure on siding can force water behind the panels, strip paint, and etch wood. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution that kills the algae and mildew causing the green and black streaks, then rinses it off. Concrete and stone can take more pressure, so we use a surface cleaner that cleans evenly without the stripes a wand leaves.
Why the green comes back
Rinsing alone removes the color but not the growth, so it returns within weeks. Treating the growth itself is what keeps siding cleaner longer, especially on shaded north walls.

Is soft washing safe for plants?
We pre-wet and rinse landscaping around the work area to protect plants.
Do I need to be home?
No, but we need access to an outdoor water spigot.
How often should a house be washed?
Most homes look best with a wash every one to two years. Shaded and wooded lots may need it more often.
