Important Warranty Information
This warranty is LIMITED and subject to important restrictions and exclusions. Please read this entire warranty document carefully to understand what is and is not covered. "Limited Lifetime" means for as long as you own your home, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions set forth below. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
JonesCo Exterior Services provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all gutter installation services. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for as long as you own your home. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of our products and services and is non-transferable.
This warranty includes repairs or replacement of defective gutter systems, at no cost to the customer, provided the defect is due to our installation or materials. Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, or modifications performed by others.
Warranty Exclusions
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage resulting from the following:
- Acts of nature, including but not limited to hurricanes, hail, tornadoes, floods, and earthquakes.
- Improper maintenance, such as failure to regularly clean gutters and downspouts.
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs not performed by JonesCo Exterior Services.
- Damage resulting from the installation of accessories not provided by JonesCo Exterior Services.
- Accidental or intentional damage caused by the homeowner or third parties.
Additionally, natural wear and tear, such as fading, discoloration, or minor expansion and contraction, is not covered under this warranty.
Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim, please contact our office by phone or email. You will need to provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will schedule an inspection to assess the problem and determine the appropriate course of action.
If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective gutter system at no cost. In cases where the problem is not covered, we can provide a quote for the necessary repairs.
Maintenance Requirements
To ensure your gutters remain in optimal condition and that your warranty remains valid, it is essential to perform regular maintenance. This includes cleaning your gutters at least twice a year to prevent clogs and ensure proper drainage. Failure to maintain your gutter system may void the warranty.
JonesCo Exterior Services also offers maintenance services to help keep your gutters in top shape. Regular inspections and maintenance will not only keep your gutter system functioning properly but also extend its lifespan.
Limitation of Liability
JonesCo Exterior Services’ liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product or workmanship. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or personal injury.
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
